Very happy with my personal CU account, however, for business accounts, SCCU is horrible. No one seems to have any idea how to handle any business needs and not one person that I have interacted with in person or by phone has any idea what services they even offer for business clients. I waste far too much of my time to make no progress and get no answers and wind up back where I started. Time to seek other financial institutes that are set up to handle business accounts. Very disappointed.

I recently opened a checking and savings account and was helped by J.J. The service was excellent. He made it easy by explaining everything in detail, being super nice and respectful and answered all our questions.
