Excellent bedside manner. Dr Rangel understood my concerns and worked with me to find a treatment option that fit my needs. I am lucky to have found him when I did! He is one of best of the best. I highly recommend him to anyone needing and ENT doctor/surgeon.

His nurse Maureen was great! Listened to everything I had to say and repeated back to me what I had told her! So thorough, somebody actually listening to me!! Dr. Rangel was great, very thorough!! Explained to everything he was doing and showed me!! Very happy, makes you feel comfortable!! Whole staff were pleasant and helpful!! Definitely recommend them!!

My experience with Dr Rangel was amazing! He was very caring and informative. He made me feel comfortable with him taking care of me. My septoplasty surgery went great! And the healing process has been going well.. Dr has the best bedside manners a patient could ask for! 10/10

Great doctor and staff. Got an adult tonsillectomy, and it was an easy process. Go to the hospital, wait around an hour, change into a dress, they put an IV in your arm and wheel ya around a few corners in the hall on a bed, into a room where they put a sleeping gas mask on ya, then..... ya wake up and a nurse is asking what gator aide flavor you like best. Thanks Dr. Rangel and staff, great job.
