I bought an elliptical machine. After some time, it stopped working correctly. The manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty, Jaylen Reed, my salesman, got the ball rolling. He talked to his manger, Daniel, about my situation, and Daniel offered to replace the elliptical machine for a new one.

Great experience! The sales person was not pushy! He was knowledgeable about each piece of equipment and was patient as we tried out several of them! I will buy from them again!

Aaron at the Lee's Summit store is patient and let us try out as many massage chairs as we wanted to. He answered all questions we had and showed us features we weren't aware of as much as he could. We had a great experience and in the end purchased a chair we believe will suit us for many years. Don't have it yet but high expectations.
