A few years after they did our initial installation, we noticed a foggy pane due to a broken seal. We were skeptical about how easy it would be to use the lifetime warranty, but Kingsford Home Improvements made it completely hassle-free. We called their team, and they ordered the replacement part right away and swapped it out at no charge. Also, the technician was at our home minutes before the scheduled time. Kingsford stands by their products. They gladly sent a gentleman out to my home to check the seals on 10 year old doors. The gentleman was very thorough in his search for “ blue fly “ entry. Doors were still tightly sealed. I would definitely use this company in the future.

They have done my vinyl siding, doors, gutters, gutter guards and more miscellaneous items! Their attention to detail is exceptional and I have always found them to be trustworthy, friendly, caring and respectful. When the work is completed, they stay available to address any of my concerns instantaneously. My gutters were recently clogged and they came out right away to take care of the problem.

Kingsford did an excellent job when they install our windows. 2-3 years later we were having problem with it sliding down from the top. The guy came out to the house, check everything, fix the problem and gave useful resources about how to do it. So far. no problem. The people are very respectful and courteous in their work and talking to you to explain how everything works. Thank you Kinsford for a job well done.

The window seals are all falling down between the double paned glass... paint is chipped everywhere on outside (not lasting) and windows/doors are awful to try and open (heavy, poorly, balanced, and sticking), Kngsforod refuses to back their "WARRANTY!" After buying a house with a Kingsfordf Sunroom I tried to transfer their workmanship and product warranty (authorized per their literature). This transfer of warranty was denied base on an obscure fine print that I, as the new owner, had no access to review. So, they denied the transfer request based on a technicality… basically abandoning their product and workmanship warranty. I had no way of knowing details on warranty transfer other than it was theoretically transferrable. Apparently, the transfer request must be requested almost immediately after the property is acquired, which of course the new owner could not know.
