My experience purchasing a massage chair was excellent. The store manager was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in explaining each feature and answering my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, only well informed and confident in my decision.

His expertise made it easy to compare models and select the chair that best suited my needs. The entire process was smooth, informative, and stress-free.

Exceptional customer service like this is not easy to find. I highly recommend this store to anyone considering a massage chair. The manager’s knowledge, patience, and dedication to helping me choose the right chair made a lasting impression, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

The salesperson, Joe, at the Maple Grove location is outstanding- knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in answering all of our questions over two visits. He was a major reason we decided to buy from this location again. (First treadmill lasted 21 years!) We were hesitant to purchase the installation service having hauled our dead treadmill up and out in pieces ourselves. We thought the price was high but decided to be safe than sorry. It was totally worth every penny!!!! The delivery team of three was very professional and courteous. As I watched them carefully take it downstairs, and then listened as numerous fasteners were tightened, the realization that we didn't have to install it was a huge relief and all thoughts of it being overpriced were gone. The installation includes adjusting the belt, too, so it is ready to go. We bought the Bowflex T9 model.

I had purchased a multi gym at Push Pedal and Pull and when I talked to Joe, he explained the Force USA gym and I canceled with Push Pedal. Joe was very helpful and never pressured me.

I've been to both the Maple Grove and Chanhassen stores. I received excellent service at both locations. The salesmen were very helpful and showed me the massage chairs that would meet my needs. I am very grateful and would shop there again. I'm looking forward to getting my new chair tomorrow. All of the people I've encountered have been very pleasant and helpful.

Joe was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped us select our home gym equipment and got us the best deal possible on Black Friday. We purchased a Horizon treadmill and elliptical, a Matrix bench and weight set, and a Force USA G3 unit. We’re enjoying working out on our new equipment!
