Waited around to see if anyone even worked in this store. Finally found 3 guys joking around in back. Very rude and unhelpful. Aero needs to take a closer look at their employees. Not coming back.

I love that i was discriminated against in the store on Tuesday as if i didn’t have the money to pay for a 3 item transaction and was insisted upon it being a me error and had to swipe my card multiple times because it “would fall off in 24hours” and now have all those charges permanently posted to my account all because they wanted to assume that i was the problem. Just because im black, doesn’t mean i want to steal let alone steal from aeropostale. learn how to do your job, its not an inconvenience its just your job.

Sitting on the counter paints a bad picture to the customers. Wasn't greeted or offered help. Girl just sat on the register and started playing on her phone

Walked in and no one greeted us - asked for help and waited a good two minutes before the store manager came up - store was trashed

I just want to give a shout out to this store, especially Michael the sales associate. He is always very helpful when I come in there with my daughter and very patient as well. Always knowledgeable of the products and provides super helpful tips. It’s very refreshing to know that that type of customer service still exists!
