Clean and very neat. Nice helpful staff. I was looking for a gift. They staff had helpful suggestions. I would shop there again. I only gave 3 stars because I wanted more selection and better value from that outlet.

Needed last minute gifts for family and was running through coupon lists and deals all night at the outlets so I didn’t go over budget. Calvin and Veronica were incredibly patient with me as I did this and stored my purchases (two large backpack chairs) until I could get a ride home. Thank you for making my night a lot more peaceful!

They had some good sales for the holidays, fairly small store with limited selection. The staff was ok, except understanding the percentages off for the sales. Verbally quoted wrong price and rang up one item for yet a different price than quoted and more than should've been. They had to redo one sales item to get correct price based on signage. Slightly a pain.

This is my most favorite clothes manufacturer. Sign to their credit card and they’ll give you points when you shop. Their catalog looks expensive clothes but they always have seasonal sales. I love wearing cotton and if you prefer this, then this is the place you can buy great quality clothes

Charge extra on my purchase. Throwing my clothes in the bag without folding. Never happened before there in the past 25 years I have been going there from time to time. The manager was the worst ever in any decent store i have visited anywhere: arrogant rude and cynical. Worst shopping experience! I asked the manager if I can contact her boss and was told she was the manager in charge. I doubt she owns the store though. We ended up refund all our purchase and left. Bad and nasty. Avoid.
