Very poor customer service! I would say their high price and non trained employees lack of soft skills in customer service are some good reasons to their bankruptcy. There are bunch of high quality brands in Canada, much higher quality and better experience. It was really time for them to close their businesses. Bye for ever!

Store is clean and not overly crammed with stock which can make it hard to navigate or pull items off the rack. Shannon was awesome, knowledgeable, and made buying outdoor clothing comfortable as a plus sized woman. It's sales associates like her that make the shopping experience a positive one.
My only criticism is the fact that there was almost no larger sizes in the women's section, with some styles not going larger than an XL at all. The store/brand insists that "you belong here" meaning plus sized individuals (based on their change room signage) however, only having larger sizes online definitely doesn't give me the vibe that I belong there.
I love the outdoors and being active but it's hard to find stores that carry sizes that fit bigger bodies. It would be nice to be able to actually try them on in store.

The manager was grumpy and rude. Customer service agent advised me to go the store to get an exchange for a defective/poor quality product. But the manager didn't bother even paying proper attention on the issue. She had overall deminer attitude - which is very insulting. The manager should not be allowed to work in the retail industry with this kind of attitude-no wonder EB stores are closing.
The Bennie I brought from EB was expensive and only 3 months old , take a look at poor quality control or overall poor product quality--Very disappointed. The overall product quality went down significantly comparing older products which are even a few years old. But the price went up and their fake discount are not really a discount-pretty much every week they have a 50% sale. I would stay away from this brand and this store location. Will buy Canadian instead .

I’m new to the whole Eddie Bauer scene, but the sales at this store are pretty pretty good.
I’m trying to get into hiking and I found a super lightweight backpack, and some pretty decent shorts and capris with pockets that can actually fit my phone, that didn’t cost $130…well I mean they did cost roughly that much but not during their 50% off sale.
Got a rain coat 🧥 too, because for some reason every time I attempt to go on a hike it starts raining ☔️, so now, no excuses!
Impressed with the return from policy and I appreciate it, because I’m quite indecisive when it comes to purchasing clothing.

on Saturday evening, on 28th October , I visited the Don mills store, North york Toronto.
Talk and discuss with 3 members in the store, the behaviour of store members are not decent. May be because I am returning not purchasing.(I understand this is obvious, as a sales guy). I asked to seat to call to call centre team and take pictures as part of this email . They don’t allowed, wow! I need to seat out side on street. Poor behaviour as human beings.
Also, asking me to step out at 6.50PM to step out. Actual store closing timing at 7:00. So should not force. Overall not a good experience.
