This is by far the best Eddie Bauer I've been to. Never had any issues with my returns. The staff is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond.

Was told on the phone I could bring my defective jacket in and they would exchange it. When I got there they told me they would give me the clearance price for my jacket for $32.00 and pay the difference. This was because I didn't have my receipt. Who keeps there receipts for years? The eddie bauer warranty is a joke. I doubt eddie bauer would have done it this way. I have several eddie bauer jackets but this will be my last.
