I was shopping at Eddie Bauer store in Pigeon Forge and found several things at great prices! I was specifically shopping for a trip. When I got home 4 hours later I found out I was missing a pair of pants. I called the next day hoping against hope I could get them. I called the store and spoke to John, he said he had found the pants and he’d talk to his manager and try to get them to me. I really was so surprised he was so willing to help me…a lot of stores don’t have that kind of customer service anymore. Long story short I was assured by the manager I will be getting my pants mailed to me! A great experience there and also when I had a problem! Love this store!!

Had the best experience here tonight. My husband has a job interview tomorrow and he can only wear size large tall. Eddie Bauer is one of the only places we know that keeps his size in stock to grab something immediately. We went in with no idea what to get and Arthur was on the spot with helping him find exactly what he needed for his interview. Can't say enough great things about Arthur and all his help. The sales in the store were unbelievable! We will definitely be back.

Very nice sale, Store beautifully laid out and not overcrowded with merchandise. Excellent staff, and in particular Melissa at the front. She and a gentleman were extremely helpful in finding some items and even went to the back where stock was being shifted out.
Great experience. !!! Thanks Melissa

My girlfriends and I traveled from Chattanooga to spend the weekend and did some shopping yesterday on 8/4/24. This crew at Five Oaks in Sevierville, TN is the BEST! I can't begin to express the awesome customer service we received from each person, including the store manager, Arthur! Thank you for making these Golden Girls shopping day extra special. Of all the stores we visited, YOUR store stood out as THE BEST! Thank you, again. We will stop by on our next trip!

Very grateful to John tonight who helped me recover a purchase I had left behind (from another store even) and after hours too. That's excellent customer service and earns my business from now on!
P.S. Love his gold hoops!
