We had the privilege of visiting Lost Mountain Vineyards for a tour of the estate and vineyards, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

We were welcomed with incredible warmth and treated to a wine tasting of exceptional quality, easily on par with some of the finest Grand Crus of Bordeaux. The wines express both precision and soul, a true reflection of passion and craftsmanship.

Lunch was simply spectacular, perfectly complementing the wines and the breathtaking natural setting that surrounds the vineyard. The landscape alone is worth the visit serene, elegant, and deeply inspiring.

But what truly makes Lost Mountain Vineyards extraordinary is Josh, his passion, charisma, and kindness elevated the entire experience. He shared every detail of his work and philosophy with genuine enthusiasm, leaving us with emotions and memories that will stay with us forever.

I highly recommend visiting this winery, not only for the wines and the views, but for the heart and authenticity behind it all.

Simply the best VA Wine. The tour is very fun. You get some incredible views and facts about winemaking. We asked questions about the wine making process to our heart's content. I would recommend anyone to go.

We had a great experience here. The winery is beautiful and the outdoor scenery is as well. The wine was excellent. Definitely take the tour while you’re there. The grounds are surrounded by rolling hills of vineyards. The large floor to ceiling windows allow you to sit indoors without missing out on the views. The winery Labrador often greets you at the driveway entry. The only downfall is the requirement to schedule in advance for your visit - makes it hard to be spontaneous with friends or others you’re showing around the area.
