We had such an amazing experience at Baro Restaurant! ❤️ Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the delicious food and beautiful presentation to the lovely atmosphere and excellent service. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the whole experience felt so special.

A huge shoutout to our waitress, Emily! 🥰 She was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her warm personality and excellent service really stood out and made our experience even better.

Overall, everything was 10/10! From the food to the service and atmosphere, I truly enjoyed my time at Baro. I would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back again! ✨❤️

What a beautiful patio. Full of lush green plants. The food was flavourful and creative. Loved every dish we chose. The drinks were tasty too. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Will absolutely return!

I’ve given this place chance after chance, mainly because the rooftop is so cute and very content-friendly. 😅 I genuinely wanted to love it, but somehow I leave disappointed every single time.

The biggest issue is the service. We were constantly waiting for basic things like cutlery, and it was so hard to get someone’s attention when we wanted to order more food or drinks. The whole experience just never felt smooth, and this has been pretty consistent across multiple visits.

To be fair, their cocktails are actually really good. Just don’t order the tea… I was served what was basically half a cup of lukewarm water, which was honestly bizarre.

The food, unfortunately, has never lived up to the beautiful space. I did enjoy the churros, but the other dessert we ordered was extremely underwhelming, just overly sweet with barely any flavour. Overall, the food is okay at best.

The atmosphere and interior are definitely the reason people come here, and I get it. It’s a great spot for drinks, photos, and hanging out with friends. I don’t expect every rooftop bar to have amazing food, but there’s really no excuse for consistently poor service.

If you’re coming for cocktails and the vibe, you’ll probably have a good time. But if you’re hungry or expecting a great dining experience, I’d honestly look elsewhere. I really wanted to like this place, but after giving it so many chances, I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

Hosted my 30th birthday here, large group of 35+ people and couldn't have picked a better venue. Coordinating the event with the management team was a breeze - they took so much planning off my plate so that I can focus on the people. Our server Viviana was incredibly helpful and kind during the event and despite us being such a large group was able to get to everyone without us ever having to wait. The venue itself, namely the rooftop patio, had the perfect atmosphere for a sunset event. Music was awesome, the space was beautiful and the food platters were thoughtfully put together to make it easy for everyone to share and enjoy a bit of everything. Highly recommend this for anyone hosting a social or corporate event in Downtown Toronto

Baro is one of my favourite patios in the city. It’s truly a hidden gem in Toronto, with a vibrant atmosphere and great energy, especially during the warmer months.

I’ve tried most of the new menu items and really enjoyed them. The food, drinks, and ambiance make it a perfect spot for social gatherings, date nights, or special celebrations.

The service is always attentive and professional, which makes the overall experience even better.
