I had a recent experience at this Ulta in Paris, Texas. The person that worked with me was named Faith and she was the Lead Cashier. I’ve sometimes had positive experiences here and then others haven’t always been as good, but this one was really good! I live in another town where we don’t have an Ulta and I took a return in that I’d just recently ordered and had sent to me. It wasn’t what I thought it was, sometimes colors look different when you’re buying online, and I took it in for a return. Faith was not only very professional, but she was very kind in her dealings. She did not act like I was bothering her and even tried to help me find something else in its place. I was looking for make-up with clean ingredients and she had some knowledge in that area and even looked up something else for me while I was there. I’ve asked other employees at Ulta before about products that are clean, and most of the time I find they don’t know the answer to what I’m asking. Also, they were out of one of the colors I was looking for, and so she volunteered to order it for me and have it shipped without any additional shipping cost.

As a whole, it was a very positive experience and I was very thankful for her kindness, professionalism, and customer service provided to me while I was there.

I was hesitant to go to this Ulta due to the recent bad reviews, but didn't want to drive to Rockwall due to the time of day (traffic). Let me tell you! My friend and I were blown away at how friendly and helpful the ladies were!! All of them were great, but I didn't get all their names. Shel, the general manager, went above and beyond!!

The lady Abby and the staff very unprofessional and the lady Abby is very racist. I got there at 7:58 just needed to exchange. I had my receipt and everything was just trying to exchange something for my wife and they locked the doors I was knocking on the door. They was right in front of me and I sat there for five minutes trying to get their attention by nicely just knocking on the door. It’s a glass door. They was looking at me and then looking the other way acting like I’m not there, there’s customers in the store and I kept trying to get their attention just to trade in for an exchange for a different color make up. I waited there until 810. The lady told me female can’t let you in. I don’t know who you are last time I checked, could Alta store or anywhere? This is America. I am male. I am not a bum off the street that’s the way this woman was acting pretty racist. I guess she didn’t like because I have dark skin and she felt she was threaten me because I was explaining her I need to exchange for a different color, I would ask Abby if that is professional to tell me she is a woman and she don’t feel comfortable coming in there. You could run up the cameras I am well dressed. I have a $7000 necklace on not just a bum off the street pretty unprofessional telling me she can’t let me because she is a female and she doesn’t know who I am and then she started to call 911 very unprofessional. I would’ve waited there, but I have somewhere to be and I feel stupid to waste the cops time, please get back to me because this is some racist acting I guess not everybody is allowed in this location from Abby you have to know her I guess

My daughter and I were in here and due to the fact that I couldn't place my order online, so I was using my phone to basically finna everything I had in my cart. We must've been in the area too long bc here comes the clerk "straightening " the lip gloss on the same aisle. Thank goodness we were done really, and I Def asked her about coming over there to watch us. Of course she claims no, but the management Def sent her. Your management sucks here. Only my second time here since they've come and i most likely will make it my last bc I don't see the next experience going well.
