Not my usual VETCO but needed an emergency visit due to a skunk altercation with my two dogs. They are a handful to say the least when they are together but really had no choice. The staff was so patient with us. Extremely helpful. A staff member even helped me take them to the car. Will definitely be returning as my regular location. One at a time though.

I have had 2 appts at the Providence location with my furbaby. They listened to my concerns and gave me reasonable options. They treated my dog so nicely and took really good care of him. It was nice to be able to not feel judged or be treated unkindly just because customer service isn't great everywhere. But the ladies here were so smiley and it was great to see.

The veterinarians and staff are fabulous-offering their expertise with kindness and love! Staffers Ellie, Angeline, Jasmine and Kim took great care of Lady and me in our three visits. Drs Cooney, DelVecchio and Hirshmann delivered their medical advice and services with detailed post-appointment and follow-up emails and texts. As a plus, I used my Petco rewards accumulated through booking the talented Petco groomers to cover the cost of Lady’s medical care! My sincere thanks to everyone at VETCO Total Care in Providence!

I have been going to Vetco for about two years now. Each time has been a positive experience. The vet techs are very nice and answer all my questions. Dr. Cooney is kind, thorough in explaining everything that needs to be explained and does not try to oversell procedures. I would not be able to afford going to another vet as the costs are astronomical so I greatly appreciate the fair and reasonable pricing offered by Vetco.
Even the store manager was so personable while he rung out my items, explaining the pet premier plan I had just signed up for. All these positive attributes will retain me as a repeat customer. Very happy to have found Vetco!!
