We have built homes before but this was the easiest and most satisfying process working with Ete Rondeau and Bryce, Project manager. Also, Pulte take care very strong after we moved to home. Their Service Manager CJ does incredible job.

We have built homes before but this was the easiest and most satisfying process working with Ete Rondeau and Chris Roberts. All questions and concerns were dealt with right away with both of them. And the mortgage process was also a very personable and seamless process. We are just moving in and look forward to becoming active members of this community that everyone here loves being a part of.

They went out of their way to accommodate their customers, and are of the highest caliber professionally & personally. We bought an already-built spec home through Pulte, so we were not able to choose any options. We were very pleased with the closing process with Pulte - we asked for a fairly quick closing on a specific date - during the holidays no less. They were able to accommodate. And, even though it was during the holiday season, both Ete from Sales and Tyler Construction Manager (filling in for Chris) were very responsive and continue to be responsive after we closed on our home. The home was as expected when we closed.

This is how Pulte builds. They leave their garbage all over the sidewalk blocking pedestrian right of way. Residents have informed them of their obstructions and the hazards they pose to the neighborhood’s small children and elderly that use the sidewalks; however, Pulte continues to treat sidewalks as their personal dumping grounds. Is this the kind of builder you want to buy from? Hard no from me!
