I did not do business with this company but I feel compelled to leave a review. I called the owner, Nick, about converting my existing torch-on membrane deck to vinyl and he actually talked me out of it because it was not the best solution. He didn't even try to sell me his service (and make $$$) but instead thought of what is best for the client. You can't buy this type of integrity. So rare these days to find someone who is honest.

We recently used Total Waterproofing to replace the vinyl on our deck, and we were thrilled with the results. Nick was great to deal with, he responded quickly to our request for a quote and completed the work in one day. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Total Waterproofing.

Nick from Total Waterproofing repaired/rebuilt our rental’s deck in West Vancouver. He was very responsive, professional and easy to work with throughout the process. He finished the job on time as promissed. I highly recommend him and would definitly work with him again in future projects.
