Zero stars if I could,
There was ZERO customer service
Rude & didn't even say one word besides the payment amount. At the drive through I had to say hello to order because they did not greet me at all.

Went in today and the place was empty, but we weren't greeted when we walked in. One employee was on FaceTime, and the call was loud enough for everyone in the shop to hear. We even said hi to Olivia, and she ignored us at first while finishing something else before finally acknowledging us.
The biggest disappointment was the açaí bowls. They appeared to be pre-poured and frozen solid. My bowl was so frozen it was practically a rock. I've been to many açaí places and have never experienced that before.
Since it's a new spot, we were excited to give it a try, but unfortunately we won't be coming back. I ordered the Bahamas Mama bowl because the photo made it look like it came with fresh pineapple, but it turned out to be canned pineapple instead. That's not my preference, and it would have been nice if that had been made clear beforehand.
Overall, the customer service and quality did not meet expectations

No one knows what’s going on with this tropical cafe. Are you closed? Do you ever open. Your google says your up and running with hours etc. I don’t think this location takes customers. They either work for orders or are starting it up again.
Edit: it literally has no store hours available. I don’t believe this location takes customers is available on the website either. Really frustrating that they are listed as open and with hours of operations.
They opened yesterday yall

Smoothie tasted fine, but waited for an hour (ordered 12:20, received 1:20) for a single sandwich. When I did get it, it was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. The kids were working hard, but no organization. They had LOTS of orders sitting around but had no idea who they all belonged to (they admitted that - see pic). Find another location.
