This is the best hotel to stay in in the Oklahoma city area. Very clean rooms and comfortable. Food is good with a Tuesday night beer and wine and finger food free for guests. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Super friendly front desk staff and clean accommodations. Lobby is very nice but could be more inviting with some music or volume to the TV in the morning. Breakfast food was the worst we've had at a hotel. "Hot" meal options were all cold, including the coffee and this was at 7:30am. Wouldn't stay at again but appreciate the kind service by the lady that checked us in.

The hotel is in a very nice location and it felt very safe. It is close to several stores and restaurants. It also has a lot of space to walk your pets. The employees were very friendly and professional. The room was clean for the most part, but there were some inconveniences.

-There was only one full toilet paper roll provided. The other roll provided was almost completely empty. It was clearly used by the last person staying in the room. Had to ask for more toilet paper.

-The bathroom sink was poorly designed and the faucet was installed too far back on the counter. It was difficult to put anything under the water without it touching the sink.

-Some of the towels had stains.

-The bed sheets were clean, but the bed was springy and the pillows were too flat. Was very hard to sleep comfortably while in the third trimester of pregnancy.

-Not a lot of TV channels compared to other hotels.

Maybe would stay again just based on location and employee friendliness, but probably only for 1 night instead of 3 again.

This hotel has single-handedly made me loyal to Hilton. We visit OKC at least once a year to see family, and this Homewood is our default booking. The rooms are nice and clean, the location is convenient for lots of restaurants and highways, and most importantly, the service has ALWAYS been fantastic. I’m not sure I’ve ever reviewed a hotel before, but this place is really great and I cannot recommend it enough.

Before we even arrived there was a slight issue that I chose to let go and just tried to enjoy my trip. But after checking out today it all needs to be pointed out/addressed.

I booked my reservation well in advance on March 27th. The only double queen available was handicap accessible. Before I went through with booking I called to confirm it would not be an issue for me to book since it was the only double queen left. I was told no so I proceeded to book. The morning of April 9th as we were driving from Kansas to Oklahoma we received a call from the manager. Her voicemail was not easy to understand as we were driving in the middle of nowhere with little to no cell service. I saw the missed call and returned it and I was frustrated because I could not imagine what the issue was. The manager asked if we could switch rooms to accommodate a long term guest who needed the handicap accessible room - to which i said yes. The manager then told me I had an attitude even though I had no obligation to accommodate another guest as I also paid my money to stay. After explaining to her we were riding down the highway and all of the noise and not being able to hear the voicemail she seemed to change her tune.

My mom noticed on the left side of the room she smelled dog urine every time she faced the wall when laying down. My dog didn't urinate on a single thing - you can watch your cameras to see how often I took him out during our stay and when we were not in the room he was always in his kennel. I pointed this out to the hotel staff on duty at night on 4/11 and no one seemed to care. This hotel is charging a $75 incidental fee but aren't actually cleaning the carpets after pets have accidents in the room. The tub was atrocious and doesn't match the rest of the room and it was also dirty with a previous guests hair wrapped around the bar in the shower. I am a black woman with very curly hair - this hair is clearly not mine. The tub needs to be replaced and instead of doing that they keep painting over the messed up parts. Today on 4/12 I asked for a late checkout time of 1130. Standard checkout is at 11 - I simply asked for 30 more minutes because my dog is diabetic and I have to give him insulin shots twice daily on a strict schedule. Phoebe at the front desk told me it was not possible because they only have two cleaners and 80 rooms so no late checkouts were possible. My mom was upset on my behalf because again - it's just 30 minutes. Phoebe told my mom "I was GOING to tell your daughter we can charge her a fee for the late check out". First of all - she wasn't. She flat out told me no. After my mom told her I had a diabetic dog Phoebe stated "well she didn't tell me that"... it shouldn't matter. She said it wasn't possible and then all of a sudden it was but only if she could charge a fee for 30 extra minutes. My mom told her to have a good day and Phoebe stated "have the day you deserve". So even though I - a paying customer - accommodated another guest and was not afforded any of the same courtesies or accommodations. The long term guest also kept cooking something that smelled like sulfur multiple days in a row. The smell entered our room and stuck. I did ask Will if an aerosol could be sprayed and he promptly took care of it but also let me know it's basically out of his control which I understand. I appreciate him at least spraying something.

This was a very disappointing stay.

Almost everyone at this hotel is so uninterested in helping guests unless you are staying long term. My money matters just as much and I will be hand writing a letter to corporate.
