I’ve really enjoyed living at The Pines Apartment Homes. As someone who works from home, having a peaceful and comfortable environment is important, and The Pines has provided that for me. The community is generally quiet, and I appreciate being able to enjoy the outdoor spaces, especially the greenery and mature trees throughout the property.

One of my favorite things about living here is being able to spend time outside, whether it’s taking a walk, enjoying the fresh air, or simply relaxing in my backyard space. The community is also pet-friendly, which is a big plus.

The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everyday essentials. The staff has been responsive when needed, and I appreciate the efforts made to maintain the property.

Overall, The Pines has been a comfortable place to live and has given me the peaceful environment I was looking for during a season of transition and new beginnings.

My lease contract is soon to expire at the beginning of March. I came across the Pines Apartments and the layout of the community made me want to inquire asap! I got in contact with Olivia and Monique (management), who have made the application process so quick, stress free and easy! The available units all have their own uniqueness to them that it was hard for me to choose from and the surrounding environment feels very inviting/welcoming! Olivia and Monique never hesitated to help out to make the process so smooth! I can’t wait to begin this next chapter here and I am glad to have come across such a beautiful community with such great management!

I've been living at The Pines Apartments in Montclair and I genuinely have a great experience here. The community is quiet, the neighbors are decent and it feels like a calm place to come home too.

The front desk staff has been helpful and easy to work with and maintenance requests are handled quickly.

I honestly don't have anything bad to say. It's a well run property and it shows. If you're looking for a peaceful place with good management, I definitely recommend it.
