Kevin and Kalen were both so prompt and friendly with communication and getting me in to help with a pretty urgent washing machine back up situation. Kalen kept me in the loop of his findings and gave me options for fixes in real time which was immensely appreciated as I had to be at work while the issue was being addressed.

Got a bathroom sink leak and thought it was coming from the pipes. Turns out it wasn’t the pipes, but a defective faucet. They located the problem for me and only charged the truck fee since they didn’t actually need to fix the pipes. Even gave me some suggestions on better faucets. Very helpful :)

Kevin and Kalen did an awesome job with our emergency situation. We had an old copper pipe rupture inside the wall, and they did very minimal damage to fix the pipe. They were friendly and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend their prompt service!
