When I started Rhapsody Painting company in 1995 , I read that 89.5% of the buildings in San Francisco were painted with Lead Paint .So Rhapsody became one of the first Painting companies in the city to become Lead certified with the California Dept.of Public Health . Rhapsody has maintained the certifications since 1996. Their certifcation has never expired.
