I don't like this new security they have on your accounts . I have been with your bank 30 -35 years . I am going to another bank not dealing with there new security. I is a good idea but I don't like it .!!!

The bank of jungle book has music in it. Thanks to RBC music. And just like dire straits. Money for nothing and chicken bucket from KFC for free. There is also the Gus G Version which instead of MTV a guy talks about LCD color television.

Quaint little branch, nice to have an RBC in town... however they need to be a little more thorough.
I had an account set up in the branch & it was not done correctly. I had to call the 1-800 for someone to fix it (who by the way, said the account was not set up properly)
I also had another account set up related issue due to an error from the branch. Which took sometime time to have fixed.
Nice to have the small town RBC, very personable folks - however I would still expect big bank results.
