I went to several dealers, including the Tucson South Bingham, trying to buy a tractor. Everyone I talked to was either unhelpful or dishonest. Jacob, at this location, was super helpful and honest, and helped me get the tractor while it was on sale. Great sales experience!
EDIT: Dominick delivered the tractor today (Kubota L2502 TLB) and gave me the run through. I'm super happy with it! I picked up some compost from a neighbor, dug out a garden bed in the hard clay, and cleared some mesquites to have a shipping container delivered.

I went in Saturday to get a replacement tire for my Kubota tractor and they had it in stock but nobody to mount it until Monday, not a problem I really didn't feel like doing the job anyway. Got a call early Monday and the new tire was mounted ready for pick-up.
I don't need to go into Bingham often but every time I do the people are always friendly and ready to help and have what I need.

I’ve been working with Bingham and Earhart tractors for many years since I’ve started my business and I have known Brian most of that. He is running the business on the south side of Tucson and I will tell you from experience he will personally take care of you he gets his hands involved in everything and he is gonna make a great Store manager. I definitely recommend you go in and see Brian if you ever need a tractor he knows everything about him. He is so knowledgeable and the team he has put together as incredible Michelle and service department is awesome and the parts department guys they’re great too. God bless Bingham Equipment.

If i could give less than one star I would. I purchased a Kubota l2502 from this location with the bh77 backhoe attachment. And canopy cover. The salesman gave me a day when the tractor would be ready about 4 days after my date of purchase. When I arrived at the store. An hour and a half drive for me. They had not even started installing the back hoe attachment or canopy. So then I had to sit at the store for 2 hours while they installed the back hoe. After two hours they told me if I wanted the canopy installed I would have to come back another day to get my tractor, or install it myself. Great customer service for buying a brand new 50,000 dollar tractor. I have now had the tractor for a little over a year. It has 130 hours on it. I have had multiple hydraulic lines come undone, that were never tighten on installation. I have had to replace the mounting pins that weren't installed correctly and now most recently. The hinge point of the back hoe is falling apart. Costing me time and ability to operate my business. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before buying equipment here. And if you do buy equipment here buy something that doesn't need assembly. Worst customer service of my life. Still having stress issues just thinking about this experience.
