I contacted them 4 weeks ago to purchase a specific kubota track loader. I received and approved a quote. I was told that the machine is reserved for us and just pending paperwork and delivery. I sent everything requested as soon as it was requested. Weeks went by and I followed up every couple days and never got a clear answer about what was holding up the process. Several times I told them I need the machine urgently and was told the process is just pending final approval then I will receive the machine. Today I found out the machine was sold to someone else. Very frustrating and unfair.

I previously purchased a Kubota L47 from them and the sales documents said the backhoe came with a thumb. When it was delivered, there was no thumb. They said they would check their inventory and get back to me - I never got it or heard back. That was a year ago.

I paid for an HST sensor repair, they ordered the part and then never delivered or installed it no matter how many times I contacted them. I finally just gave up and they kept the money I paid for it.

From the purchase process to trying to service my S70 my experience was not a good one. Sales customer service was horrible there was no communication. I tried scheduling the initial service on my unit and after phone calls and texts with a service tech pushing me off making excuses I ended up using another Bingham in Mesa. The staff I interacted with needs some serious retraining in the processes of completing their jobs properly.

Reuben was awesome when I purchased my tractor. Today my chainsaw had issues from sitting too long, Tony hooked it up and in a hr. I was back to falling trees. Awesome company, I would highly recommend them, customer service is amazing.
