Stephen Sicoli works at the store. He knows nothing about rings. And spelled carat wrong throughout our appraisal certificate. It took the company 3 months to have our engagement ring ordered and ready. We were told 10 days. Then when we finally received it, it was scratched in several places by their goldsmith. It then took another 2 weeks to have it replaced. When we asked to speak to the owner she ignored us. Please please do not shop here for your engagement ring. It took the romance out of it.
