Recently bought a Rolex Explorer 2 from Margarita, and a year prior bought a Brietling. She and the whole gemoro team give fantastic sales and after service. I even bring other watches there for service and it's always been excellent.

Gemoro is my jeweller of choice when I have a specific type of item in mind - watch, ring, earrings, gold chain, pearls. I am never disappointed with my choices and have found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I do buy "costume" jewellery when travelling or on a whim, but if I want a piece that I know will stand the test of time in terms of quality, value and enjoyment, Gemoro is the place I shop. After almost 20 years of doing business with them I continue to find items to delight.

Came in Aug. 11 without my receipt for warranty that i had misplaced. Staff went over and above going back almost 2 years to find out when I had brought it in originally. Since there is no computerized records, hint: perhaps there should be, they had to do it manually. it was much appreciated so here's a big bouquet to all three ladies that so efficeintly helped me.
