As a bride to be in less then 100 days who does not have her engagement ring I do not recommend you go with Brilliant Earth. The customer service, communication and quality has been unacceptable. My ring was resized in February and diamonds in the halo begin to fall out immediately after they returned it to me. After it was repaired multiple times they then decided it needed to be remade. The ring was remade and did not pass Brilliant Earths quality check. I have received zero pieces of accurate information. Brilliant Earth has had my ring longer than I have since we got engaged. The company cannot provide us an accurate or consistent information on the issue, solution or outcome. This is supposed to be the happiest time of our lives and Brilliant earth has ruined that for us. At this rate I won’t have my ring for my bachelorette party or bridal shower. I hope you choose to use a local jeweler over this company and do not experience what I have.

Scammers. This business is built to extract as much money out of you as possible. No decision makers. Holding onto your jewelry. Constant upselling. I will actively be telling people to avoid this company. If I could practically leave a review for the entire company in every location I would because this is an enterprise wide issue. Within a few months of having an extremely expensive engagement ring the diamond was loose. They came back and upsold us on a different setting so it wouldn't happen again. Fine. Whatever. Got a new setting with "better prongs", and more smaller diamonds. No issues they promised. Guess what? All the diamonds came loose. ALL OF THEM. After weeks of having the ring for an assessment they came back and said we needed another new setting! That or it was $1,500 to fix the current setting. What a joke. I cannot speak worse of this company. Please please please do not buy from them.

I’ve had a really great experience with Brilliant Earth! I’ve been engaged for 2 years now, and my ring is still intact! I definitely have bumped it into hard surfaces like corner of tables and everything but, nope, no damage whatsoever.
