Called and asked if they had a watchsmith that could change a battery on my watch.
Was told that they did. Brought in the watch for the service, only to get my watch back damaged. You could clearly see where the battery had been pushed through the face of the watch. They told me it came in like that. They also told me that the watch was old and not worth repairing. BBB wanted before and after pictures, otherwise it was their word against mine.
