Dude is awesome. Very kind, compassionate, and also a little goofy at times which I love. Was referred to him by my physiatry NP when I told her I was in dire need of a high quality new PCP. My old one was terrible and treated me like a number. Dr. Mays is awesome. He was able to schedule an ad hoc telehealth appt for me when my father passed away earlier this year. I had major concerns about congenital heart issues since my dad passed from CHF. Dr. Mays ordered me necessary testing and scans to rule out any possible heart problems that may be lurking beneath since I have never thought to check my heart before. My dad was pretty young (70) when he died so.... yeah. I am glad Dr. Mays gave me peace of mind and was very kind and compassionate too. A+++ Cannot recommend him enough!

Very good at explaining all the medicines I have prescribed, and how to take them. He listens to my concerns and makes certain I leave with the answers I need to continue keeping safe and healthy. I was very lucky to find him during the pandemic.

Thankfully he earned his degree in St. Louis and has chosen to stay. St. Louis is known for great health care as we have all the best universities. Thanks to him and his staff for keeping us healthy in the bistate area. I drive from Illinois and the new 270 was worth waiting for.

I had the same female PCP for 20 years before she pursued another path. I was concerned about finding a replacement and specifically a female. All were booked for months and it was suggested I try Dr. Mays. I am glad I did. He is personable and explains things so you can understand. I would highly recommend him.
