This was a great experience. I was traumatized by other plumbers and they’re dishonesty. Elton did a great job of showing me what they were going to do and showing me all the brakes in my pipe. The man who worked on the repairs were fast, Kept everything clean and Acted very professional . My patio where they dug doesn’t even look like there was A 15 foot hole in it. It looks just like it was before they started.

Well unfortunately have to change my review. Used Bluefrog once on a small job and Alton was great. We signed up for a membership and I was excited about using them for a bigger job that came up.

Second experience was horrible. They quoted me more than double vs other plumbers for the same job, and that included my 15% off membership discount. Scammers!

We had Bluefrog Plumbing complete a sewer reroute at our home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. This was a major project, so communication, planning, and execution were incredibly important to us—and Bluefrog delivered on all three.

A special thank you to our plumbing lead, Russell. From the very beginning, he maintained outstanding communication, kept us informed every step of the way, and paid close attention to the details that make a big difference on a project like this. Even while he was in and out on vacation, he made sure nothing fell through the cracks and that we always had clear visibility into the project’s progress. That level of ownership and professionalism gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process.

The crew was courteous, worked hard, and left the site in great shape each day. It’s clear that Bluefrog takes pride in doing the job right rather than just getting it done.

If you’re looking for a plumbing company you can trust with a significant project, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bluefrog Plumbing. And if you have the opportunity to work with Russell, you’ll be in excellent hands.

Russell was fantastic. He was affable, professional and extremely helpful. He gave me two choices. Blue Frog could purchase everything and install all items or I could purchase all items. I chose to purchase the toilets and disposal to save money. He worked accurately, quickly and did not leave a mess. Blue Frog is the way to go. Thanks, Russell!

The service provide by Alton was exemplary, and he displayed the plumbing skills of a truly seasoned professional. A thorough assessment/analysis, cordially demeanor, diligent work effort and he is the main reason why I chose to proceed with the work. Bluefrog had a seasoned and mature talent, and they should be grateful for his talents.

He completed snaking of a clogged kitchen sink.
