Let me start with yes, I did arrive 15mins before closing time (8p) so I made EVERY effort to make the Amazon return process as quick and easy as possible. I had Amazon account already open and accessible for each return label. The young man (Scisor - I could be mispelling) was a ZERO pleasant, EXTREMELY none communicative/responsive encounter. I received one blank stare after another while he just scanned each item. I inquried if he needed to count/check the items I brought in. He barely said no and just waited for the labe to print to give me. I left uncertain if the return was properly processed and when I entered again to ask for confirmation - he ignored me and just placed the now packed/label items on the counter and again stared at me with no clarity offered. So, I pray and hope that I receive the refunds as expected. This was disheartening as I usually love this location and the convenience for services as such.

Mari made the process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to confirm the correct shipping location, kept me informed about the expected delivery date, and made sure everything was handled properly.
Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out to me. She answered my questions clearly and made me feel confident throughout the process. Overall, I was very satisfied with her service, which is why I gave this rating a 10.

After visiting three other UPS locations and having negative experiences, Mari completely restored my faith in the brand. She truly represents everything UPS stands for.
Mari was absolutely exceptional!! She helped me get my label printed so I could return my package without any stress. Her infectious energy lights up the entire building, and she maintains complete professionalism while showing unwavering patience. Mari truly represents everything UPS stands for. She deserves recognition and honestly, a promotion.

Mari at UPS was seriously AMAZING. She was incredibly patient and kind while helping us troubleshoot printing an image to the exact size of an 8.5 x 11 sheet. That process can be frustrating, but she stayed calm, sweet, and genuinely committed to helping us get it perfect.
You can tell she truly cares about customers and takes pride in doing things the right way. Mari absolutely deserves a raise — UPS is lucky to have her. I highly recommend asking for her if you need help with printing!

Every time I go to this UPS store, the staff is personable, friendly, extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help me. They help me even if I walk in 1 minute prior to closing, which is rare because many stores will say that they cannot print anything for you as early as 30 minutes before the close! The staff at this store are down to earth, eager to help, always super attentive and show a rare real life enactment of what true client service feels like. I go out of my way to visit this specific UPS STORE thanks to their service.
