We purchased both our wedding bands from Ben Moss in Abbotsford and couldn't of been happier with the service. All the ladies were more then willing to help and we even got a discount without asking! I have gone to other places in the Abbotsford mall and was very unhappy with the service but I have repeatedly gone back to Ben Moss because of the awesome service we received.

When I arrived at the Ben Moss in Abbotsford my purpose was to get a ring sized. While one lady was pleasant enough about my one-free-sizing, another seemed to have immense issue with it. Because I am a teenager, she had a mindset that I was trying to cheat her, when in actuality I was merely trying to alter a grad-gift. I had the reciept, but even so, she acted in an accusatory, unfriendly manner and talked down upon me. I would expect this sort of service from a fast food outlet, but certainly not a classy jewelry department. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone who expects fair, equal customer service for their family members.
