Our hot water tank was damaged in a flood, which caused a gas leak in the flue pipe. Richard was onsite the same day, quickly identified the issue, and made every effort to repair it.

Unfortunately, Rheem could not supply a fairly common replacement part within a reasonable timeframe (over 15 days).
We decided to move forward with purchasing a new tank. On the day of installation, Richard went above and beyond, he located a returned tank, salvaged the required part, and successfully repaired our existing unit instead.

This solution saved us close to $2,000.

Exceptional problem solving, integrity, and customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard.

Great company and very responsive to phone messages. Dwayne and Keith were here before scheduled time and were quick and professional. By buying my own tank and having Meadow Ridge install I saved $600 from a quoted price from another company. I would recommend this Maple Ridge business to anyone needing plumbing service.
