The staff is all very friendly, and I found the theater to be very comfortable for my movie viewing experience. That miniscule African American man at bar was so handsome, his face was like a bed of lavender flowers from the most beautiful of dreams. Even though I hate short people he was still very friendly to me. 10/10 experience will come again (especially for that dashing young black bronco)

What an unforgettable experience.

I came to this AMC for a 1:00 PM showing last Friday and was treated to what can only be described as a masterclass in theater management. The trailers started with the house lights fully on, apparently giving us all the exciting opportunity to admire the auditorium instead of the screen. The best part? The lights stayed on until a customer had to go inform the staff. It's always nice when paying customers get the chance to help run the theater.

But the real highlight was the sound system. Whoever is in charge of the volume clearly believes that subtlety is for the weak. The speakers were cranked up to a level that felt less like watching a movie and more like participating in an audio endurance challenge. The volume was so bad that I had to put earplugs in, and even then it was barely manageable.

If you've ever wondered what it would be like to leave a movie theater with your ears ringing for an hour—or better yet, completely deaf—this is the place for you.

For the price of a movie ticket, I was expecting a film. Instead, I got an immersive sensory experiment featuring blinding lights, ear-splitting audio, and the privilege of helping the staff perform basic theater operations.

Five stars if your goal is temporary hearing loss. One star because that's the lowest rating Google allows.

The screen in Theater 5 is so large, and the rows of seats so close to it, that the first two rows of seats are useless. Even if you recline your seat fully in the second row, you cannot see the entire screen from your seat and miss action to the far right or far left. If you were watching a foreign film with subtitles, I bet you'd never be able to read them -- because the span of the screen is too great. (I noticed during the pre-movie commercials that I could not read everything on the screen.) Not a good design, in other words -- even for the theater, because they have two rows of seats that will never be occupied, so will never generate revenue. The volume of the movie was Way Too Loud. The popcorn was abysmal; a big waste of money.

AMC at Loudoun Station is easily our favorite theater in the area. The reclining seats are awesome, super comfortable, and honestly make it hard to want to go anywhere else once you’ve been here a few times. The theater itself always feels clean, easy to get in and out of, and just has a better overall vibe than most nearby spots.

The location is a huge plus too. Being at Loudoun Station makes it really convenient if you want to grab dinner before the movie or hang out a bit after. We’ve gone here plenty of times and it’s become our go to theater without question. If you’re in the Ashburn area and debating where to catch a movie, this place is tough to beat.

The movie theater experience was absolutely amazing, with a clean, comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the film. From the moment we walked in, Max up front was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us feel genuinely welcomed. His positive energy really set the tone and made the entire visit even more enjoyable.

Comfortable seats, and the tickets are cheaper than many other nearby theaters, but those are the only redeeming qualities. Concessions are ridiculously overpriced, but that's true for most theaters. Any time we try to order a drink from the bar, there's either no one there or one extremely rude person who ignores everyone until they go away. I guess they don't want money 🤷‍♀️

Very disappointing experience at AMC Loudoun Station 11.

We came for the 10 AM showing on 11/28 with a group of 11 people, expecting a fun family outing—but the experience was terrible.

The popcorn machine was broken, and no one announced it. No signs, no communication, no alternatives, and no effort from management to let customers know. The employees were polite, but there was zero customer service or quality control.

For how expensive AMC has become, you’d expect at least a discount, substitution, or some form of compensation. Instead, nothing was offered—not even an apology. For families, popcorn is a huge part of the movie experience, and this completely ruined it for us.

We paid for a full experience and did not receive it. AMC should make this right with some kind of reimbursement or resolution.

The theater We were in was small. Which I like, its is more intimate. Also, the popcorn tasted delicious and the bartender was very nice. It's awesome to be able to just go grab a drink and sit and watch a movie. The seats are comfy and the theater is clean. Highly recommend.

Poor service with the staff. Slow day at the theatre and my son really needed to use restroom. Rather than let us use the bathroom they pointed us 200m across the street to a porta potty. Mind you, it’s 55 degrees and raining right now. Very poor customer service all around - very sad to experience. Definitely will not consider AMC in the future.
