Ducati Redmond is the place to go in WA for anything Ducati. Between getting me in a new Multistrata Rally quickly, helping me keep my V4R on the track and providing multiple services, sometimes on tight time frames to meet a trackday - I only have great experiences. Canadian here. Bikes sold in Canadiania, must have headlights running always. No option to run just DRL (Daytime Running Lights). I was told I should call down to Redmond Ducati and see. They were so accommodating and friendly. They said it's a simple enough thing to do on the computer and that I could come in anytime and have it done. I rode down and chilled in the shop while they checked me in and made me feel very welcome. I was impressed with the store, so many beautiful bikes. Staff was supper cool and very knowledgeable as would be expected, but super friendly. The mechanics were super cool and explained some settings to me and showed me how to better set my bike up. This was free and the mechanic made me feel like a VIP. I was in and out in about an hour and all set up. Was a very happy camper coming back home. Crossing the border and knowing my bike is unique up here Canada. Big time thanks to all the Staff and especially the Mechanics in the Shop. Mad respect 🇨🇦🇮🇹🇺🇸

I went to the Ducati bike store today around 1ish me my sister & my niece walked in they guys were really sweet my sister told the guy at the front desk it was my birthday he said happy birthday then he said he will pull out 3 different bikes for me to sit on I only sat on 1 because I was very nervous. But 10/10 I recommend you guys going to the store. the guys were amazing and very kind. Customer service was 10/10. They answer all your questions that you have about the bikes and everything I will definitely be going back for sure.

Zero customer service. There were three salespeople on the floor and not a single person greeted us, asked if we had questions, or offered any help. The only interaction we got was being yelled at because our kid wanted to sit on a motorcycle. There were no signs anywhere saying not to touch that bike, or any bike.

Just because we didn’t dress like experienced riders doesn’t mean we aren’t serious buyers. We are indeed in the market for motorcycles, and this experience completely turned us away. Shame on you for judging customers before even speaking to them. You lost two potential customers right away.
