I am extremely pleased with J & M's jewellery repair department. I had a band ring that I needed to be sized down. I was very concerned that there would be a visible seam upon completion. Not only did they make the joint invisible, but the repair was completed sooner than promised and for a very nominal charge. The store is always busy, but the few times I was in there I received fairly prompt and polite service.

I am extremely pleased with J & M's jewellery repair department. I had a wide white 18k brushed band ring that I needed to be sized down. I was very concerned that there would be a visible seam upon completion. Not only did they make the joint invisible, but the repair was completed sooner than promised and for a very nominal charge.
