We purchased our bridal set back in 1992. Getting it cleaned and claws replaced has always been great. They were phenomenal in helping us pick out Canadian diamond stud earrings for an anniversary. We will continue to shop there because we always get great service.

I had a terrible shopping experience with this store. I purchased a diamond ring and when I went to pick it up after being sized it was too big and the bottom looked like yellow gold not white. It has been buffed and re-plated and that still didn't fix the problem. It is a new ring and should not have marks or be tarnished looking. I left 4 messages for the owner to contact me and they never did. I received no help from the store staff and was met with rudeness. There is no help after you make your purchase from this store so I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere especially if you are spending a large sum of money.
