I don't normally do this...in fact this is the first review I have ever written, but I am so frustrated by the quality of customer service offered. There is either a complete lack of communication between employees or a complete lack of pride in work. I'm not sure which one it is or if it is a combination of both, but it seems their main objective is to pass the work on to someone else and get you out of the store or off the phone as quickly as possible. I am not a difficult customer...I work in retail too...so I know both sides of it, but this is not an acceptable approach to customer service. I sincerely hope that I am the exception and that other people have had a much more enjoyable experience with them.
