Brought my ring in that is under warranty It got a little oval so I bring it in to get it round again. It comes back they polished a hole in the side of it did not make it round or fix the crack in the side. Tried to charge me $500 for a pinhole they put in it. They say they can't do anything about it except for replace the ring that I have already had blessed and do not want to get rid of the ring that I have enjoyed for five years. Service was absolutely horrible and they get upset with me because I don't want to wear a fake wedding ring instead of wearing my actual wedding ring.
