went to get my engagement and wedding band sized. 3 and a half weeks later they said they cannot size the wedding band and the engagement ring would be another week. it was only suppose to take one week to be done. everytime i called they said just a couple more days and they have not even started it yet. so now i have to take the rings somewhere else and wait another 2 weeks

I went there to replace the battery of my GUCCI watch, and they BROKE it!! and told me that they can't fix it！ Owner is never there, and the stuff won't pass my opinion along!

Went there twice for Jewlery repairs ,1st time was a Ring ,not polished professionally ,lots of scratches,2nd time Item was never repaired yet insisted they did.stay away from this place
