I am not making this review about the bayshore location rather the billing bridge location.

I bought 2 silver rings in April at 2 different location, I notice them tuning black I barely wear them since I work with kids and have to wash my hands a lot of time. I brought it to the store on 2 occasion and I was told "well its silver and its suppose to turn black" are you serious???? I have bought many silver rings before and none of them have turn black so fast like that and withing 5-9 month.

It's like they didn't care at all, well you shouldn't buy silver they all turn black in that case don't sell them for $399 and up sell them for $5-10.

After spending close to $1000 for both rings guess what I'm never buying rings there anymore, trust me on that.

My ring went in to get retipped, (after the Manager ground it down because it was catching on things). I almost lost the diamond after that but took it in and it was sent away to be retipped by Charm. It was gone for quite some time and then once it was back I went in to get it and the diamond had been switched. THey said, oh no that would never happen, but it did. I am in the process of waiting for the manager to get a new diamond in of the same quality, but I will never have my original engagement ring back again. It upsets my husband and I very much. I will NEVER buy from them again or take another ring there. It is great that they are getting a new diamond for me, however it should NEVER have happened in the first place. So disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Three times I have gone to that location and been flat-out ignored by the staff. Twice when my fiancee and I were the only customers in the store, and more than one employee present.

My fiance bought my engagement ring at the Charm Diamond Center located in Bayshore Mall. The service he received was excellent. He was shown all different types of rings and the saleswoman took her time to explain all about diamonds and what he should look for when buying one. The ring he ended up buying is everything I was hoping for and more. I recommend this jeweller to anyone.
