New ownership by Busey is super frustrating. They closed my local location and have now sold off and then stopped servicing my loan with only a few weeks notice. Everything that made the Bank of Edwardsville an attractive option is gone now. Without my mortgage keeping me tied here I am not sure why I or anyone else would stay.

Edited review to two stars since the drive thru is open until 5:30 PM. But absolutely ridiculous that I can’t do any banking with a human prior to 9 AM. Will gladly change my review if I am mistaken on the banking hours or this changes. It is now 8:08 AM and I am at work day dreaming of a job where I don’t have to go in until 9 AM. Happy Friday.
