CORRECT details of the lawsuit
The person / company who has written this review is a supplier that we used to deal with years ago. It is regarding a shipment that was sent to us via FedEx. While sitting at the FedEx warehouse, the entire shipment was stolen. The company never insured the entire shipment; they only insured $500, whereas the total value was approx. $8000. As a result, this company was reimbursed and it was a complete loss for us because the goods were never recovered.

I won my $10,000 lawsuit against Diamond Design Studio in Toronto Small Claims Court on 06-12-08.
It took me almost 2 years to get my money.
It is my experience that these people do not keep their promises!
