This is by far the worst jeweler I have ever gone to. They were incredibly rude, and my ring which is being fixed is still not done. He told me that it would be done in two weeks and it is now over a month. Despite his promises he NEVER called to let me know what was going on with my ring, so I had to constantly go to the store to figure out what was going on. He would then tell me it wasn't done because he had sent it away to be reset (he never told me it was being sent away). I still haven't gotten my ring back and am worried he has switched my diamond. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
