Print manager was easy to work with and very responsive to my needs for an upcoming conference. When the shipped items would not come in time for the conference, he juggled things to come in when needed. Great job!

This was my second time using Staples first time was in store it was a great experience. This time I did my cards online it was fast easy they were ready same day.

I ordered business cards online and the process was easy. Picked them up at the store and service was fast and friendly. I liked the fact she didnt worry me about deals and offers. Will use again.

I did not have a good experience with Staples printing services. It took them about 10 minutes to find my order, and when they did, it was damaged. The employee was polite, but not attentive, engaged, or listening. She didn't call for help when she needed it and it ended up in very long wait times for me and other customers. It seems that there needs to be better training at this location (Salisbury, MD).

Robin, the store manager I believe, was incredibly kind and helpful with my day-of printing needs. She went above and beyond to make sure what my wife and I needed for our wedding was taken care of. Great customer service and problem solving.
