I bought a Swatch from this store and when I got home I saw that it had a scratch on the lens. I went back to obtain an exchange and the store manager told me to leave the store after I told him that the other watch he gave me had a defect as well. He refused to acknowledge that it had a scatch. he told me he can't see it and if I have a problem with the watch i should call Stach for them to replace it....!!The problem with that store is that the light is very bad and many customers are buying a product which can not be very well seen. It's a pain to try to exchenage a product with this store and if you try it can eventually lead to being invited to leave the place. I am filling a complaint with Ministry of Consumer Services - Consumer Protection Branch for being refused to have an exchange for a watch that did not have a defect on it and for very rude customer service. I have never heard from another store in canada that told people to leave the place. Don't buy a Swatch from there as many don't even have the protection cover. It does look to me that this place is trategically located to be a tourist trap owned by a manager with very bad attitude.
