I created a poster on Staples' website and went into the store the next day to pick it up. It was really fuzzy, and the bottom images were cut off. It wasn't how it appeared online when I made my order.

Dennis Ford was very kind and suggested I create another order with a smaller poster to cut down on the image issues and come back and see him when it was ready. I did and it turned out really nice. Dennis was professional, resourceful and courteous.

I will always choose Staples when I am needing printing items like this and I highly recommend them to anyone who makes printed guides, resources, posters or charts, etc. Dennis is the best! Thanks so much!

I always order my print marketing through Staples. It is easy to use their design tools. I also enjoy their staff and their facilities.

I've ordered business cards twice through Staples print shop. I make mine in Canva and upload to Staples website, so I can't speak for the Staples design builder, but they do have one. Quality is always good.
I ordered after cutoff time for same day, and when I went in the next afternoon, my order was not ready. Print shop has until 8pm the following day for pick up if you miss the same day cutoff time, so watch emails for alerts and what time you order.
