I recently took a ring to Mappins, Intercity Mall, Thunder Bay to replace the bottom shank. Having worked in a local jewellery store, I did not want the work done locally and asked for the ring to be sent to Toronto. I wanted the same ring size with a wider band. The ring came back the same width size, smaller and is no longer the comfort fit band it was, it now straches my knuckle when I take it off so my beautiful diamond ring is unwearable due to shody workmanship. Do yourself a favour, do not use this store!
