Sharko's is an Illinois gem and has been for many decades. It started for us in the 60's and 70's and we luckily had the opportunity to live within walking distance of their Villa Park steakhouse. Everyone knew Sharko's to be a first class experience, from the excellent food to the awesome atmosphere. Nothing has changed! Their bbq fare is absolutely delicious and of the best quality! It's delightful to know that Brian and his family are thriving and seeing the Sharko's name again is wonderful! This is now my go-to bbq place! Thanks, guys!

The food is really good. The sides are all fresh made (no canned or box sides!!). The only gripe we had was the sides for the pig out 4 (meant to feed 4 people) were really small. The sign said a 1/2 pint for each side, but we only got the smaller, double cup for the potato salad and Mac n cheese.
That said, they were generous with their sauces and the included rolls were also very good.
We will definitely be back!!

Always a great experience! We have been going to Sharko's for the last 11 years. The food is always great, but the staff is always very welcoming and willing to explain the menu items. The lines can be long, but that is because it is a well loved spot! The food is fresh and we have asked for a new piece of brisket to be cut from. Staff has always accommodated us.

More like a 2.5. Not very welcoming upon entering. Food came out rather fast. The pork was really salty, brisket was a bit dry and the ribs were delicious. Baked beans, Mac and cheese, and corn were really good. Green beans and fries were mid. Most the sauces were good as well. Seating area isn't the most comfy, especially with the meat cutting guy chopping the food all loud while people were trying to order. If I come back, it will only be for the ribs to go.

Awesome BBQ. Everything is flavorful, great service friendly, and welcoming. Everything was hot, and take out was easy. A little pricey, but everything around us is going up. I do recommend anyone stop by and give them a try.
