first of all I must defend the owner and criticize the idiot who said he was racist. The owner himself is Hindu Punjabi and is far from racist. saying something as mean as that you must have it out to ruin his reputation, good luck! Anyway, the LGBT community loves this man. Would like to give this store a 5* but I'll blame the landlord of the mall for poor signage which it a little frustrating to find this neat little watch repair business. The owner makes this place! That explains why this place is always busy. His business sense of customer needs are truly amazing. This city needs to support the small guys. remember Target? Risa Steinberg

I was referred to this store from a colleague. I had brought in 9 watches for service. Of the 9, 4 of them, my wife had pulled the crown out so of course this would seem to her that the watch wasn't working. When I picked them up after work the gentleman charged me for only 5 with the explanation I just mentioned. He could of charged me for 9 but didn't. Thank you!!

The owner of this place just jacked up his watch replacement prices to 7$ from 5$. My watch battery always does after 7 months, which leads me I belive he uses charges batteries and not fresh ones or uses really crappy ones.

I also find him racists time to time.

I have to rate it a 4.5 due to the wait of getting service. It wasn't a bad thing. When the owner made eye contact he quickly did my work after realizing it was a simple fix. He asked the other customers before he did my job and they were totally good with it. This guy is the last of the true home grown small businesses that never swayed from how important customer satisfaction is. I left beyond satisfied. Jennifer Wright

Found this little place in College park hopping mall at Bay and College. The owner was the most helpful generous man I've ever witnessed! This guy Had a line up out the door and kept everyone entertained and had everyone laughing so at least the time flew by quick. Anyway, if you need quality service and amazing prices for all of your watch and jewellery repairs this is the place!!!!
